Mirella H was the customer service rep whom I worked with one the phone to gather a system together to help cover the areas needed.
It was an odd situation for them as I was working as a Power of Attorney with the necessary documentation, but my uncle was not present during call or at installation time. Suddenly, I had to make many arrangements as he was in hospital for a while and needed extra things organized for the future situations. My 97 year old uncle got sick at Christmas and he has been healthy and independent in his own home til now. We have your system in our home at 66 Concord Street, Fonthill, ON already and are quite pleased with it. I just wanted to thank the staff I dealt with recently who assisted me in getting a security system in my uncle's home in Toronto during a trying time.
